• 1. The customer confirms and accepts this disclaimer upon requesting this service.
• 2. Parked vehicles are at owner's risk. No liability is assumed by the company.
• 3. The Company shall hold no responsibility towards any damage/injury due to faulty brakes, mechanical/electrical or other equipment failure in the vehicle.
• 4. Any accident will be handled through The Company's Insurance Agent unless the customer wishes to repair their car elsewhere. For such cases, customer. compensation for the cost of repair shall be provided to the Car Owner only upon approval of the Insurance Agent. Insurance Agent shall determine the amount of compensation.
• 5. In case of an accident to the customer's vehicle, no replacement car shall be provided.
• 6. In case of an accident to a rental car, the Company shall not bear any car rental cost during the repair period and shall only liaise directly with the customer.
• 7. In relation to any accident caused by the Valet Driver to the Customer's vehicle, the company shall not bear expenses and charges pertaining Including but not limited to hotel/accommodation, restaurant/food and beverage, transportation/taxi charges and or any other cost of living.
• 8. The Company is not responsible for valuables or belongings left in the vehicle.
• 9. The ticket validity ends at the site's official working hours.
• 10. This ticket is the vehicle claim verification. Please keep your ticket with you at all times.
• 11. All claims must be presented before the vehicle is taken from the facility.
